e-VCR Ajmer Discom is a mobile application developed by Pragyaware Informatics Private Ltd for Govt. of Rajasthan and Ajmer Discom to ensure high-level transparency during vigilance checking of consumer's electrical installations. The app aims to curb theft practices by electricity users by preparing vigilance checking reports on the spot through mobile or tablet.

The app captures the actual date and time of filling along with location co-ordinates to ensure transparency. It replaces the existing system of filling paper VCR to avoid any malpractice by the Discom officers and ensure high satisfaction levels among consumers who pay their bills timely and are not involved in electricity theft.
